Full Motion Flight Simulator (FMX) Terms and Conditions
1. Redeeming Your Voucher

Voucher with Identity must be presented on arrival at the Flight Operations Centre.
2. Booking Changes and Cancellations
All booking change or cancellation must be requested by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Once you have made a booking and it has been confirmed by email, cancellation charges may apply if you are unable to attend.
An administration fee of $25.00 will be charged for booking changes where there is greater than 1 days to the confirmed date.
Changes within 1 days of the confirmed date will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee as a minimum.
If you do not show up for a Flight Experience and you have not changed the booking at least 24 hours prior to the Flight Experience, your Voucher will be cancelled without refund.
If for reasons outside of our control (weather, availability etc) we had to cancel the experience we will contact you as soon as possible to organise another suitable time, there is no compensation applicable for any cancellation.
If the duration of your Flight Experience is reduced as a result of any of your actions, including but not limited to, your late arrival, your request for a toilet break, sickness or any physical restriction you experience in the Flight Simulator, you will not be entitled to any compensation nor a refund.
3. Guest
Yes, three observers are allowed but for security reasons, all guests must first present identification and obtain a Guest Pass prior to accessing the Simulator .
4. Vouchers
Vouchers can be extended for a period of 1 month for a fee of $75.00 (must be done within 7 days of original expiry date).
A voucher can be re-activated within 30 days of it becoming expired for a fee of $75.00. The voucher will be valid for 1 month from the date of expiry. Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
5. Restrictions
The minimum age requirement is 10 years. There is no maximum age.
For security purposes you must present a form of photo identification with your Voucher before you will be granted entry to the Flight Simulator. Entry to the Flight Simulator will not be granted if you do not produce appropriate photo identification, in which case your Voucher will be cancelled and you will receive no refund.
6. Session Length
Session length are only an indication only of the time you will be at the venue. At most venues you will take turn with members of the public and waiting time may be involved.
7. Other Information
Where a DVD recording of a flight has been pre-purchased or requested on the day and for any technical reason Flight Experience is not able to provide the appropriate recording within 8 months you will only be entitled to a refund to the value of the DVD recording . No additional compensation will be given.

The Entertainment division of Amber Aviation Academy is not an approved flight training organisation. This Full Motion Flight Experience does not assert any claim regarding recognised training credits regulated by flight crew licensing legislation.
